Project-Based Learning

Organizing educators and other adults into teams with students as partners focused on learning outcomes for everyone positions project-based learning as a key avenue towards Meaningful Student Involvement.

Project-based learning centers classroom learning goals on creating, implementing and assessing projects led by students. Project-based learning can position students as partners with educators. These student/adult partnerships, made of varying ages, abilities, genders and interests, collaboratively decide how the teams function to achieve student learning.
