Who We Are
SoundOut works with K-12 schools to provide expert services focused on Student Voice, Student Engagement and Meaningful Student Involvement.
We are hired by school districts, state agencies and education-focused nonprofits. Founded by Adam Fletcher, the SoundOut team works worldwide to transform education through professional development, special projects, publications, school evaluations, advocacy efforts and more. SoundOut is an outreach program of Fletcher Engagement Services.
What We’ve Done
Established in 2002, SoundOut has served more than 500 K-12 schools and education agencies in 18 states around the U.S. and across Canada, Europe, Australia and South America who are dedicated to Student Voice and Meaningful Student Involvement. SoundOut is funded through fee-for-service contracts with K-12 schools, districts, education agencies and nonprofit organizations.
